The scope of equipment facilities includes air conditioner (chiller, AHU, FCU, WCP, AC split, ducting installation), mechanical (pump, compressor, coil, alignment), electrical equipment (fire alarm, intercom), and electricity (distribution panel).
Consistently growing since 1994, PT. Centrayasa Megatamacipta always tries to be in line with technology development by using specially designed software to integrate building maintenance system. In addition, human resources training also has became one of the major concerns of the company.
We in PT. Centrayasa Megatamacipta, the directores and all technicians, are ready to work hand in hand with building managers, chief engineers, and also the supervisors to maximize the efficiency of building operation. Our scope of work includes scheduling routine maintenance for building facilities, making a comprehensive monthly and annually reports which are both very useful to design working plan for the following year.
